Senator Carmichael moved to amend the amendment on page one, section two, line two, after the word “costs” by inserting the words “to obtain a stay of the driver’s license suspension or revocation”;

And,

On page four, section five, line thirty-seven, by striking the phrase “subsection (a)” and inserting in lieu thereof “subsection (c)”;

And,

On page six, section seven, line five, by striking the word “Commissioner” and inserting in lieu thereof “commissioner”;

And,

On page six, section eight, lines two and three, by placing the phrase “Second Chance Driver’s License Program Account” in quotation marks;

And,

On page seven, section nine, line one, by striking the word “money” and inserting in lieu thereof “moneys”.
